  • Original tags, labels, invoice, and packaging must be intact and returned along with the product.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or misuse will not be eligible.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange or refund:

  • Provide your order number, registered contact details, and the reason for exchange.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please share clear images or videos for verification.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for return pickup or self-shipping, as applicable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Replacement products will be dispatched subject to availability.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.

  • Store credits, if issued, will have a validity period and can be used for future purchases.

  • Exchanged product will get delivered within 5-7 working days.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following will not be eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original tags, packaging, or invoice

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

  • Requests raised after the return window has expired

Final Decision

All exchanges and refunds are subject to inspection and approval by BatuaIndia.com. Our decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
